It includes: * Plants * Hacrobia (the "HC" refers to Haptophyta and Cryptophyta, the two major members of this group) * SAR supergroup It has also been described as the sum of Archaeplastida, Rhizaria, and chromalveolates. However, this simply refers to a different way of grouping the same organisms, largely due to the discovery that chromalveolata was not monophyletic.
